Games/Conference Room:

We have converted our former farm workshop into a spacious heated games and meeting room, with ample space for a pool table, table football and table tennis table, and lovely views across our largest pond. It also has a small kitchen and accessible toilet. Guests are welcome to use the games room at all times except 9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. each Sunday morning when it is used for a Halesworth Community Church meeting. 

The room is also equipped for use as a meeting/conference/training room, with tables, conference chairs, flip chart, projector screen and power/data sockets for use by a laptop/projector, as well as WiFi connection.

If you're looking for somewhere to hold a family gathering, a business meeting or planning a holiday for a craft group, why not think about using our meeting room? So far it's been used by groups of woodcarvers, scrapbookers & art groups for residential craft holidays, by church groups for residential weekend courses & by local groups for day training meetings.

Electric car charging point:

Fishing is available close to our cottages in a securely fenced pond stocked with Common Carp, Mirror Carp and Rudd. There is no additional charge for fishing, but we do ask that you use barbless hooks.

Cycle Storage:

Cycle storage is available.

Football Pitch:

We have a football pitch which is free for all to use for ball games.
